Ideal for small shops that want to be strategic about their activities, but feel they don’t have the time or staffing to spend a great deal of time on “the big picture.” This option provides you with ongoing access by phone or email to nearly 30 years of experience in Development and Alumni Relations. During the relationship, specific projects with intentional goals and outcomes will be identified. On campus visits are also included. This is an effective option if you are ready to assess your current programs, grow your activities with a strategic focus in mind, get your faculty and/or Board more engaged, or dream big with a multi-year plan. It also provides you with a resource to answer everyday questions that may come up regarding policies, processes, and programs.
